This is the 10th coin in the Royal Canadian Mint's $20 for $20 series. In this series of coins, you get a 1/4 ounce pure silver coin with a $20 face value for $20 Canadian (with no extra fees or taxes or markup if you buy directly from the Canadian Mint). I love these because, if times get tough, I can trade them back in for exactly what I paid for them ($20).
